Why Polycarbonate

The Modern Alternative to Glass

Polycarbonate is an engineering-grade thermoplastic that delivers glass-like clarity at a fraction of the weight. LXC sheets are extruded from high-purity polycarbonate resin with co-extruded UV protection on the exterior surface, ensuring long-term optical performance in demanding environments.

Flame-retardant grades available (UL 94 V-0)

Operating range: -40C to +120C continuous

Recyclable – fully compatible with circular economy

Manufacturing Excellence

From Resin to Precision Sheet

Our production lines use German-engineered extrusion technology with multi-layer co-extrusion to produce twin-wall, solid, corrugated, and specialty polycarbonate sheets. Each batch undergoes optical transmission, impact, and dimensional tolerance testing before shipment.
